Room was good size for a family of four, two adults and two toddlers. Had a nice kitchen, good size bathroom with shower, had basic amenities like shower gel that included shampoo. TV had good number of channels, view was not much but then again we intended only to use the room to sleep so didn't really mind. We didn't use the kitchen much as we ate out but looked like it had a good set of amenities available in case we wanted to cook (pots, pans, cutlery, etc) and two tables, one to sit down and eat and another one for one individual to sit down and write at. The breakfast buffet was extensive and quite large, had everything from pancakes, porridge, yoghurt, croissants (minis), bread, charcuterie, cheese, fruit, vegetables, coffees and teas. It was good but not the best breakfast we've had. The breakfast is served on the second floor and on the first floor is a small play area for children that has come cushions, books, soft animals and a tent to play in. Our kids enjoyed it.

You have to book a time slot, but I think it is more for the hotel to organise than anything else, no one is asking about that when going to the breakfast area. City bikes can be obtained from the hotel for getting around and they seem to be free for guests. There is also a nice fitness area. If you need cleaning during the stay, it has to be booked the day before, but it is very easy.

For the whole stay, all the staff were exceptional, and the staff in the breakfast room did a brilliant job keeping everyone fed. The location was perfect, right in the centre close to both train stations and next to lovely shopping streets and the old town. The room itself was great for me and my children, and we had everything we needed. We also made use of the gym each evening which was nice and quiet. I would recommend the hotel for a family stay, especially seeing all the families in the breakfast room on a morning, others had the same view. I would definitely come back if I was lucky enough to visit Malmö again one day.
